Karin Weber Gallery provides all clients with free access to our art consultation services. We will work closely with you to identify works that meet your style and mood. Lighting and placement consultations are done on-site to optimize your new artwork and enhance your living or working space.
Consultations in Hong Kong are done personally. For overseas clients consultations can be carried out by phone with the aid of emailed or posted photos and measurements of the relevant space.
Need help choosing a gift for a friend or colleague? We can select a painting to suit your budget and the recipient's style and deliver locally free of charge. Gift wrapping is available on request. |

Framing Advice

| To frame or not to frame? This can often be a difficult decision so we will provide Framer recommendations and come with you for on-the-spot advice. |

Commission Brokering
|
|
| When a client has a very specific requirement it is often best to consider commissioning artwork to best fit a space. Many of our artists will accept commissions so we will work with you to suggest a suitable artist and ensure the finished work is one you will love to live with. |

| We enjoy working with Art Consultants, Interior Designers and Decorators on a regular basis and will endeavour to find the perfect art to suit you and your client’s requirements. A tailor-made portfolio of our stock is available on request and we can provide you with tools to help your client visualize the final result. |

Pricing
|
|
| Our prices are fully transparent. Our paintings are sourced directly from the artists and we work hard to achieve fair prices for their work while retaining our competitive positioning. The prices in the gallery and on our website are the same and are not negotiable. |
|
|
Works on Approval
|
|
| Some make decisions easily, other do not. If this is the case, with a 10% security deposit, we offer the client the opportunity to take the art work home to live with for a few days. If you like it, you keep it! If not, you can return the paining in its original condition with no obligation to buy. We do, however, ask for the return transportation fee to be covered by the client. |

10 Day Right-of-Return
|
|
| If after 10 days of owning a painting you find you don’t love the work, you may return it to the gallery, in its original condition, and we will refund the full purchase price. The return transportation fee will, however, be covered by the client. |

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, cash or cheque payable to "Karin Weber Company Ltd". Bank transfers should be sent to: Hang Seng Bank, Central District Branch, Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong. Account Number: 024 395 000920 001, Sort Code: HASE HKHH.

Local Delivery and International Shipping
|
|
Door to door delivery can be arranged to almost any international location and shipping expenses (including insurance) will be charged at cost. Paintings are wrapped or rolled using protective materials and when necessary bespoke boxes are ordered to ensure your paintings arrive in excellent condition. International shipping is arranged by air freight courier companies and therefore cannot be sent to a PO box address.
Local delivery will be arranged at the client’s convenience. We ask that someone responsible is home to take receipt of the paintings and sign for their acceptable condition upon arrival. |

Certificates of Authentication, Invoices and Artist’s Biographies
|
|
| Karin Weber Gallery only sell original, authentic artwork. Each painting holds the signature of the artist. When an artwork is bought, we issue an invoice, a Certificate of Authentication signed by Karin Weber and the Artist’s Biography. We suggest you keep these important documents in a secure place for future reference. It is always interesting to ‘Google’ an artist and find how his work is positioned in the international market place! These documents will add value if the painting is ever resold. |

Privacy

| Our mailing list and your purchase history is for our eyes only. We will never pass your information on to a third party. We use your email and postal information solely for exhibition invitations and to advise of new works.
